Challenge

Dispatchers relied on spreadsheets and phone calls to track thousands of daily shipments. Every new client meant another workaround.

02

Discovery

We shadowed dispatch teams across three regional hubs to understand where the real bottlenecks were — not where the org chart assumed they were.

03

Strategy

Design one system that scales from a single dispatcher to a full regional hub, without adding complexity for the smaller teams.

Process

01
Research
Field visits with three dispatch teams over two weeks.
02
Architecture
Mapped every workflow before designing a single screen.
03
Design
Prototyped and tested with dispatchers weekly.
04
Rollout
Phased launch across three regional hubs.

Design

A single map-first view replaced six disconnected tools. Every shipment, driver, and exception visible in one place — built for a 4K dispatch wall as easily as a phone.
